You are the chief architect of MolenGeek’s training offerings. Your mission is to ensure that each long or short program is a direct gateway to employment , systematically integrating Generative AI and the skills required by companies (SMEs/ETIs).
You transform technical expertise into a high-performing, standardized, and certifiable pedagogical product.
AI Pedagogical Engineering: Lead the complete overhaul of curriculums (Code, Marketing, Data) to integrate 20% of content related to Generative AI. Design final evaluation projects based on real company cases.
Market & Product Alignment: Conduct active monitoring of skills (skills gaps) by relying on feedback from the B2B Sales Manager and the CBO. Create clear and marketable program sheets for the RAC division.
Compliance & Certification: Work in tandem with Roubaix to ensure that all content, evaluation methods, and training hours are aligned with the Qualiopi/RNCP (France) frameworks and the requirements of funders (Belgium).
Teaching Standardization: Define unique pedagogical standards for all trainers and all sites. Create Trainer Kits (content, objectives, evaluation) to guarantee the homogeneity of learners’ exit levels.
Trainer Development: Develop and deliver a “Train the Trainer” program focused on AI tools and Agile methodologies. Ensure continuous upskilling of teams.
AI Expertise: Practical mastery of integrating Generative AI models (Copilot, LLMs) into creative, code, and analysis workflows.
Pedagogical Engineering: Experience with intensive learning methods (bootcamps, flipped classroom) and the architecture of programs based on the rapid acquisition of employable skills.
Additional Hard Skills: Experience with skills tracking platforms (LMS) and data analysis (placement rates, skill-matching).
Soft Skills: Leadership of Influence: Ability to change trainers’ teaching habits without direct hierarchical links. Rigor and Detail: Essential for legal compliance (Qualiopi/RNCP).
