Your Role: The Creative Storyteller

As Content Creator, you will be the creative engine behind MolenGeek’s communication. Your mission will be to translate MolenGeek’s energy and vision into impactful and engaging content across multiple digital platforms.

In the context of our expansion, you will play a central role in strengthening our presence online and offline, producing creative assets that inspire and mobilize our community. You will handle the full cycle of content creation: from ideation to production, publication, and performance analysis.

Your Responsibilities :

As Content Creator, your responsibilities revolve around four major axes:

  • Content strategy & publishing
    • Design and execute a coherent social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Twitch, YouTube.
    • Ensure alignment with the editorial line of MolenGeek.
    • Manage publication calendars and adapt tone of voice per platform.
  • Content creation
    • Produce photos, videos, stories, and written posts (FR/EN).
    • Master video editing and photo editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
    • Use storytelling and mise en scène techniques to highlight MolenGeek’s impact.
    • Integrate innovative approaches, including AI tools, into the creative process.
  • Performance & campaigns
    • Manage advertising budgets for campaigns.
    • Analyze performance (tunnels de vente, social analytics) and create reports.
    • Optimize campaigns based on data.
  • Logistics & production support
    • Manage the equipment inventory (maintenance, repair, lending, archiving).
    • Support projects and shoots, including travel in Belgium and abroad.
    • Ensure proper organization of archives and project materials.

The Profile We Are Looking For :

  • Experience & skills
    • Strong writing skills in French & English.
    • Knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, WordPress, Odoo (a plus).
    • Videography and photography expertise, with a sense for studio/plateau shooting.
    • Competence in video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
    • Understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and AI in content creation.

    • Creative, autonomous, and productive.
    • Organized and able to juggle multiple projects.
    • Strong team player with real affinity for the visual identity of MolenGeek.
    • Curious and passionate about technology and digital culture.
