To have a greater impact on entrepreneurs and future talent, MolenGeek is a Tech and entrepreneurial ecosystem that offers a personalized experience, distinguished by its engaged community, the effectiveness of its services, and the quality of its network.
Your mission is to transform MolenGeek’s expertise into stable and structuring revenues through the sale of services to businesses, prioritizing the establishment of long-term partnerships with key accounts and mid-sized companies (ETI).
You are MolenGeek’s gateway to CEOs, HR Directors, and Innovation Departments. You ensure the financial balance necessary to fund our social impact.
Revenue Generation (Sales) : Actively prospect SMEs and ETIs (Belgium and France) to sell: Tailor-made training (e.g., Copilot, AI), coworking membership, and Space rental. Achieve ambitious B2B revenue targets.
Key Account Negotiation (Lead) : Identify, initiate, and conclude strategic and multi-year agreements with Corporates. Be able to negotiate at a C-level and develop complex offers integrating CSR, the financing of entire cohorts, or coworking space contracts for teleworking.
Partnership Development : Manage relationships with structuring partners (e.g., BNP Paribas, OVH). Co-build impact programs for employees and high-value-added offers.
Product Alignment : Ensure continuous alignment between real business needs (market feedback) and the CBO and the AI Curriculum Designer.
Hard Skills : Confirmed B2B Commercial Expertise (5+ years) with mastery of the long sales cycle. Concrete experience in negotiating and signing strategic partnerships or complex contracts with large groups or ETIs.
Soft Skills : Demonstrate an established network within the Corporate community and HR or CSR decision-makers in Belgium/France. Ease of negotiation: Strong negotiation, influence, and discourse adaptation skills at C-Level. Autonomy and Proactivity in managing the long sales cycle.
